Learn how to fuel for endurance sports with Amanda Waldron, dietitian with Harvard University Health Services. Virtual, via Zoom (password: 782078).


Amanda Waldron, MS, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian who specializes in sport performance nutrition and eating disorders. She is a dietitian at HUHS and works with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as Harvard faculty and staff. Outside of Harvard, Amanda is part of the team of dietitians at Laura Moretti Nutrition, a Boston-based private practice specializing in sports nutrition and eating disorders. Amanda is an avid runner, and enjoys training for and racing a variety of long distance races.

Join us for a weeknight indoor cycling workout and trivia to commemorate World Bicycle Day, led by guest Coach Chris Navin of 4 Star Endurance

All are welcome. All you need is a bike and stationary trainer to participate in the workout, Coach Chris will lead us through it. The workout will also be available on Zwift, but you can join us on Zoom or watch a public broadcast (details and links forthcoming).
